We operate out of a modern facility in Mumbai, India. We have a capacity of over 1000 physical seats fully equipped for voice and data services. It can support more than 2500 FTE’s.
Over the last 16 years, we have built deep competencies in Relationship Management across the customer lifecycle. Right from Presales & Customer Care to Collections & Retention – we handle all via both voice and non-voice channels of delivery. Working with leading Global Fortune 500 companies has helped us gain immense experience in delivering best-in-class services. Our contact center operations reflect the ‘Client Standard’ in high-quality customer service. Our efficient management of processes, procedures and technological infrastructure minimize the cost.

We take pride in being the ‘First ITES Organization in India’ to have Integrated Management System – PAS 99:2012 (Quality Management system – ISO 9001:2008 and Information Security Management System – ISO 27001:2013). We are also amongst the first BPO’s in India to achieve Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance for our facility.
