About the Job 

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our customer service team as Voice-based Customer Service Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced professionals to start or grow their career in the BPO industry. You’ll handle customer queries via phone calls, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction while developing valuable communication and problem-solving skills. 
 

Location/Hours 

Location: Mumbai 
Shift: 24×7 Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable working in all shifts) 
 

Job Responsibilities / Expectations 

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls in a professional and courteous manner 
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer inquiries 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality service on every call 
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions 
  • Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines 
  • Meet individual and team performance targets including call quality metrics 
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when required 
  • Handle customer complaints with patience and empathy 
  • Stay updated on product information, services, and policies 
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals 
  • Demonstrate good English vocal communication skills 
  • Adapt to different customer personalities and situations 
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout the shift 
  • Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities 
     

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Age: 18 years to 35 years 
  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement) 
  • Good English vocal communication skills 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment 
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills 
  • Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts 
  • Ability to join immediately with all documents ready for background verification 
  • Positive attitude and customer-centric approach 
  • Freshers are welcome to apply 
     

Desired Qualifications 

  • Graduate degree 
  • Previous experience in customer service or BPO environment 
  • Multilingual capabilities (English + Hindi or regional languages) 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or customer management tools 
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations 
  • Time management and organizational skills
