About the Job
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll drive Epicenter’s revenue growth by converting US and international prospects into successful business partnerships. You’ll own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, building strategic relationships and delivering compelling business solutions. This role focuses on generating meetings with decision-makers, presenting Epicenter’s value proposition, and closing deals that create additional revenue streams across banking, financial services, wellness, and other key sectors.

Job Responsibilities / Expectations
- Identify and convert high-value US and international prospects into qualified meetings and closed deals
- Drive additional revenue generation through strategic account development and upselling opportunities
- Own the complete sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with consistent deal progression
- Develop and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client pain points and business objectives
- Present tailored solutions that align with prospect needs and demonstrate clear ROI
- Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies to engage prospects effectively
- Leverage advanced platforms, databases, and digital tools to source and qualify opportunities
- Design targeted Account-Based Marketing campaigns for priority prospects
- Create personalized communication and value-driven outreach that resonates with decision-makers
- Lead solution presentations and business case development for prospects
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to close profitable deals
- Prepare compelling proposal documents, presentations, and business cases tailored to client needs
- Lead end-to-end management of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with cross-functional coordination
- Create persuasive content that effectively communicates Epicenter’s value proposition
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in target sectors
- Work closely with Marketing Team to develop sales collaterals and campaign materials
- Share market insights and client feedback to inform service development
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-6 years of proven business development and sales experience in BPO/BPM or related industries
- Demonstrated track record of converting prospects into meetings and closing deals that generate significant revenue
- Deep understanding of the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation to closure
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in sales tools and lead-generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, DiscoverOrg, CRM systems)
- Strong business acumen with ability to understand client challenges and position solutions effectively
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with results-driven mindset, able to thrive in remote or flexible work setup
- Strategic thinker with ability to execute tactically and adapt to dynamic business environments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience selling BPO/BPM services to US and international markets
- Background in banking, financial services, wellness, or similar verticals
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Advanced knowledge of proposal development and RFP response processes
- Understanding of Account-Based Marketing and Sales strategies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data for sales optimization
- Experience managing strategic accounts and expanding client relationships
