About the Job
Lead end-to-end AI/ML initiatives across Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Predictive Analytics, OCR, Speech and Computer Vision, from feasibility assessment to POC and deployment. Drive value-focused AI solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams, leading engineers and effectively communicating complex model insights to stakeholders, backed by a strong understanding of business processes.

Location: Bhayandar West
Shift: 12.00 PM to 9.00 PM IST
Job Responsibilities / Expectations
- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models with a focus on LLMs and NLP applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems using data-driven approaches
- Conduct research on state-of-the-art LLM techniques and contribute to the development of Client algorithms
- Optimize and deploy machine learning models in production environments
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data science processes and methodologies
- Create performance dashboards, reports, and model documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in preparing & deploying models on AWS and Google cloud
- Experience in Agentic AI

- OpenAI Models (GPT series)
- LLaMA and other open-source LLMs
- RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) implementations
- Vector Databases (Chroma, FAISS)
- LLM Frameworks such as LangChainERT,
- RoBERTa and other Transformer architectures
- Python Programming
- Machine Learning (classification, regression, clustering, etc.)
- Deep Learning (Neural Networks, RNNs, LSTM)
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Generative AI (text, audio, and image generation concepts)
- MS-SQL Server, MySQL
- OpenCV for image processing
- YOLO for object detection
- Whisper for speech-to-text
