About the Job 

We’re looking for a talented Process Excellence Specialist to join our Operational Excellence team. In this role, you’ll focus on optimising and streamlining business processes, driving efficiency, reducing costs, and improving overall organisational performance. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable process improvement initiatives.

Location: Mumbai (Bhayandar)
Shift: 5 Days (Night)
 

Job Responsibilities / Expectations 

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret process performance data using statistical and analytical tools.
  • Create detailed process maps and flowcharts to visualize current- and future-state processes.
  • Define and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure process effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, TQM, and related methodologies.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend practical solutions for process challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful process changes and adoption.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of process improvements, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to employees on updated processes and standards.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional process improvement projects.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or TQM
  • Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting using tools such as Excel and Minitab
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Understanding of change management principles and process adoption strategies
  • Proficiency in process mapping and modelling tools (e.g., Visio)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)

Desired Qualifications 

  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of operational excellence frameworks and best practices
  • Experience working in cross-functional and matrixed environments
  • Advanced data analysis and visualization skills
  • Strong facilitation and training capabilities
