About the Job 

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support our day-to-day purchasing activities. In this role, you’ll be responsible for vendor coordination, quotation analysis, purchase order management, and ensuring the timely availability of goods and services required for business operations. You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendors to maintain efficient procurement processes while supporting cost optimization and compliance.
 

Location/Hours 

Location: Mumbai (Bhayandar)
Shift: Flexible with shift timings.
 

Job Responsibilities / Expectations 

  • Manage manpower ratios and define career paths.
  • Facilitate multiskilling, job rotation, and leadership development.
  • Lead performance management and career planning initiatives.
  • Drive organizational and individual G&O (Goals & Objectives) setting aligned to business strategy.
  • Lead performance management programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct talent potential and criticality reviews; build skill repositories.
  • Establish Reward & Recognition guidelines; ensure optimal utilization linked to performance enhancement.
  • Design and deploy incentive structures, performance- and retention-linked programs, and career progression models.
  • Collaborate with Business/Function Heads to execute HR business plans and embed a performance-driven culture.

Audit and Compliance

  • Support HR information security audits and DPA compliance aligned with ISO27001.
  • Facilitate compliance with labour laws and coordinate inspections with external authorities.
  • Support BCP (Business Continuity Planning) and DR (Disaster Recovery) practices from an HR standpoint.

Talent Engagement

  • Develop, implement, and manage people policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure an effective grievance redressal mechanism and report on its operational efficiency.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and drive action planning.
  • Facilitate employee self-service tools.
  • Collaborate with business, compliance, and legal teams on complex employee issues.
  • Lead employee retention initiatives and manage attrition.
  • Drive employee engagement programs including fun activities, CSR events, and cultural celebrations.

HR Review and Reporting

  • Provide periodic business-level HR metric reporting (headcount, attrition analysis, compensation variances, ESS scorecards, etc.).
  • Report key HR metrics at the organizational/board level as required.
  • Participate in HR reviews with business leadership.
  • Benchmark and implement HR best practices from the industry.

Minimum Qualifications

  • MBA / PG Diploma in human Resources Management.

Desired Qualifications

  • High technical competency (Compensation Management, Employee – Relations Management)
  • Proactive and sound level of business knowledge.
  • Sound knowledge of human resources strategies & procedures
